Hi Everyone:
I've received some requests for information about clearing allergies. It's "that" time of the year.
Clearing allergies is fairly new. Maybe about 15 years ago NLP had a process for working with allergies and about 10 years back Devi Nambrudripad discovered that an allergy could be cleared when she accidently fell asleep with acupuncture needles inserted in her body and a carrot in her hand. Her carrot allergy vanished. This led to the development of the NAET process for allergy clearing.
On the heals of that came Tapas Fleming's TAT which can work for clearing traumas and allergies. Soon it was discovered that many energy therapies had the capacity to clear sensitivities and allergies. EFT, The Vortex, The Meridian Grasp (in the energy only mode), the Circuit Breaker, and the Cortical Incident Runner (Just the breathing and facial grasp),Radomski Energy Work, and a specialized form of TFT can all alter our body/mind's relationship with an allergen.
Warning: If you own a history of strong allergic reactions which could be life threatening or very uncomfortable, then only do this work with a licensed health professional who has emergency equipment available. Severe respiratory problems or shock can result if you have a history of severe reactions. Only attempt these processes if you agree to absolve the webmaster, Steve Mensing, and the server of any responsibility due to the application or misapplication of these processes.
Here are some tips on allergy clearing:
*You may utilize the Meridian Grasp or Vortex for eliminating allergies. When employing these processes either hold a sample of the allergen or place a sample of it in contact with your solar plexus. When doing the clearing, with your energy tech of choice, keep your attention on your felt sense of what is in your hand or on your solar plexus during the entire process. Keep clearing until you notice a change in your relationship with the allergen. There will be an abrupt, yet sudden shift. Muscle test the former allergen to see if it's no longer active.
*If you ever see someone having a severe life threatening allergic reaction on the street, show them the Meridian Grasp head hold or the Cortical Incident Runner facial grasp. This should ratchet down the allergic reaction fairly quickly while you dial 911.
* Allergies can slow or halt energy work by creating blockages in the meridians. By eliminating allergies you can advance emotional work.
* The most frequently encountered allergens are wheat, sugar, simple carbohydrates, coffee, chocolate, dairy products, alcohol, medications, corn, perfumes, grains,
and pepper.
* Allergic persons develop excess amounts of antibodies that release histamines and other chemicals which produce allergic symptoms. In short our immune system misidentifies harmless substances as dangerous and activates antibodies to defend us. Thus the swelling, hives, and sneezing.
* One popular theory states that energy processes help rebalance our body's energy fields in relationship to the allergens and reprograms the nervous system to halt the substance's identification as an allergen invader. This kind of clearing works in most instances although not always on the first go.
* Simple muscle tests for allergens can be found all over the internet. On Sergey's English and Russian Emoclear websites there is a detailed and illustrated rendition of one of the more popular muscle tests.
* When you are eliminating allergies, avoid eating allergens and take a soapless shower prior to this work. Wait 25 hours after coming in contact with allergens again and doing elimination work. The soapless shower is utilized to help remove any substances coming from your clothing and substances from lotions, perfumes, soaps, and sprays.
* Prior to doing the Meridian Grasp or the Vortex in your allergy elimination process, take the next two fingers beside your thumb and insert them in the notch beneath your nose and above your upper lip. Take 20 moderate breaths while the fingers are in the notch. Go immediately to either the Vortex or the Meridian Grasp.
* Allergy clearing work is best done an hour or so before bed. This will help you avoid stimulation that may throw the process out of whack. During you 25 hour period between treatment and retesting, you should avoid for the first 8 hours any stimulation including hot/cold showers, sex, aerobic, exercise, horror flicks, the NAP page during its intense periods etc. Stimulation can restimulate the meridians before they entirely clear themselves. Around 24/25 hours seems to be it.
* You may want to start with the first allergic reaction you ever had. Then do allergy work with whatever is most problematic for you.
* Clear no more than 3 allergies a day and drink at least 8 glasses of water on elimination day. If you have a history of severe trauma or panic these must be cleared prior to this work with a professional.
* Very infrequently, under severe stress, an allergy may return in a mild form and will need to be retreated.
* After clearing allergies it is best to avoid coming within 5 years of the former allergen for 25 hours. After this period of time has elapsed and you test clear on the allergen, you can assume the allergy will no longer bother you. However, if you've violated the 25 hour rule you face the probability that your allergic response will return.
* Sedating your "triple warmer" often assists with allergy work. To sedate your triple warmer: (1) Place your face in your hands, palms at your chin, and fingers against your temples. Hold this position for 2 breaths. Breathe deeply and lift your fingers 2 or 3 inches, smoothing back the skin on your temples. Keep this position for 2 breaths. (3) On the exhale, circle your fingers around your ears and bring them down to the sides of your neck. Lay your hands on the back of your shoulders and gently dig your fingers into your shoulders. (4) Keep the above position for 3 deep breaths. Next drag your fingers slowly down your shoulders with some pressure. When your fingers reach your clavicle, let them fall comfortably where they will.
